Q. What sizes do you make costumes to fit?
A. We can custom make dance costumes to nearly any size. We can also cater to different body shapes and bust sizes. We recommend costumes with significant changes in shape to standard pattern blocks have at least one fitting prior to decorating where possible.
Q. What designs and colours of costumes can you make? Custom costumes can be made to pretty much any style. We will have a range of bases and costumes that will be a more affordable option to custom designs launching soon. If we don't have your preferred fabric in stock we would be happy to order it.
Q. Can you customize items to different designs than what you have displayed?
A. Yes, i can create designs specific to you needs. I can also convert a suitable image that you have supplied. We can add logos to Hair boxes.
Q. How do I wash dance Costumes?
A. Most costumes should not be washed. Some can tolerate a cold hand wash. Instructions will be provided with your costume.
Q. How do i care for personalised items?
A. Drink bottles personalised with metamark M7 are washable but not recommended for use in dishwashers.
Garments with HTV (Heat transfer vinyl) should not be ironed directly onto the image (if you need to iron this part place baking paper, or a thin cotton cloth over the image) They are also not recommended to go in the clothes dryer, but are fine to machine wash.
Returns and exchanges
Most of our items are customised or made to order, we don’t offer exchange / refund for change of mind on custom items. For non customised items we offer a 14 Day return. Goods must be unused and clean. Please send the unwanted item back to us, and we will ship out you new item at the discounted postage rate of $7.
If your item is faulty please contact us and we will send you a replacement item at no cost to you, if a replacement item is not in stock we will issue you with a refund or offer you a similar alternate item.
Postage and Handling
Most of our items are custom made or customised. Turnaround times for custom made costumes will be advised when ordering. Hairboxes have a production time of 1-5 days. Ready to send items are generally sent within 2 days.
Our items are sent via Australia post, Small packages can be sent for $10. Larger packages will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 recieve free shipping.
Express post is available, however handling times still apply
